This morning, a dear friend sent me a photo of a page from a book — “Meditations for women who do too much” ,I paused, read it, and felt like the Universe herself was talking directly to me. Ever have those moments when something just clicks?

The message was loud and clear:
We spend so much of our lives trying to be who we think we’re supposed to be — the good daughter, the perfect partner, the strong one. But underneath all that... who are we really?

That page reminded me that self-awareness is more than reflection — it’s a reclamation. It’s a spiritual homecoming. And I took it as yet another sign from the Universe nudging me to keep peeling back the layers, releasing outdated identities, and stepping deeper into my truth.
